ABOUT:

Legacy Studio was not your typical recording studio. We were started through contributions by the Mihalik Family to honor their son, Mike Mihalik, who was tragically killed in December 2006. This money was raised through several benefit concerts put on by local bands in the area. It is our wish to run Legacy Studio in a way that honors the memory of Mike Mihalik and fulfills to the best of our ability the wishes of his family. We take this responsibility very seriously. Mike's Legacy Studio is a program of When Youth Create.

LOCATION:

Mike's Legacy Studio was located within a renovated room in the former FOCUS office suite at 238 W. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
